A practical skills assessment specific to your area of expertise. This exercise is designed to give you a glimpse into the types of challenges you may encounter at Posh, while also helping us better understand your problem-solving approach.
Typically 2.5 to 3 hours at our SOHO office. You will meet with a variety of current team members, as well as cross-functional partners. The content and structure of the onsite interviews vary by role. All onsite interviews conclude with a Founder/CEO interview.
