Our hiring process

Our process is designed to identify talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer success. If you’re excited to join our team, apply and see what makes us a great place to work.

Talent screen

A quick 30-minute conversation with the Talent team to gauge mutual fit, alignment, and gain a high-level overview of your career thus far.

Hiring Manager screen

A 30-minute conversation with the Hiring Manager to dive deeper into your background and provide more insight into the role and the team you would be working with.

Take home or tech screen

A practical skills assessment specific to your area of expertise. This exercise is designed to give you a glimpse into the types of challenges you may encounter at Posh, while also helping us better understand your problem-solving approach.

On-site interviews

Typically 2.5 to 3 hours at our SOHO office. You will meet with a variety of current team members, as well as cross-functional partners. The content and structure of the onsite interviews vary by role. All onsite interviews conclude with a Founder/CEO interview.
